FAMILY PHOTOS

I thought that it might be nice if I would sent out a post with some photos and commentary from here at the Jon and Julissa Selle household in Tbilisi. So here goes...............
Cheryl and Karol have a good light-hearted conversation.

Jon Matthew and his Dad at the end of our wonderful Friday night German meal.

Julissa, Jon, and John work at choosing what to eat.

Cheryl decides to buy one of the "nut" desserts from a vendor.

Julissa prepares the Saturday night meal of fried chicken, garlic and onion rice, and mixed vegetables. It was a GREAT meal. And Julissa loves to cook.

John and merlot go well together as he reads my blog.

The three of them are trying to fix Cheryl's computer - it doesn't go to internet. Karol worked on it tonight, and 10 minutes ago, got it fixed.  Yea!

CLICK HERE to see John cutting a traditional fruit-nut dessert. Traditionally Georgian, the churchkhela, is made by threading walnuts or hazelnuts, almonds and raisins on a string. They are covered in flour and then dipped repeatedly into simmering grape juice and hung out to dry. They look like brown candles and are made at the grape harvest each year.
