REUNION CONVERSATIONS

A family is a collection of many different people. That family is first seen to start with a husband and wife, who for us were Grandpa and Grandma Selle. Those six children now have married, and all have children. Some of the children have married and now also have children. So, at this time, there are close to 70 people from that union of one man and one woman. This year, our reunion is made up of about 60 of those family members; coming from CA, FL, TX, VA, WI, MO, and CO. We are a diverse group and yet bear this common lineage that we honor and celebrate.

So when we come together, we are indeed happy campers while at the same time expressing different experiences and differing gifts. We seldom seem to clash although sometimes we have different lifestyles and habits, different creeds and religious beliefs, and different aspirations and goals.
